Our Beliefs
God
We believe that there is only one true God who is the eternal King, Creator, and Redeemer of all that is. He is perfectly holy, just, loving, and truthful. He is good, and has revealed Himself to be eternally self-existent – one being in three equally divine persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Scripture
We believe that the Bible (Genesis-Revelation) is the inspired and only infallible Word of God. We believe that the Bible tells us the truth about God and the world, and it is authoritative over our lives.

Humanity
We believe that humankind was created in the image of God to know and enjoy Him (Gen. 1:26-31), yet we willfully rejected the Lordship and glory of God for which we were intended (Gen. 2:17, 3:6). Because of this, sickness, death, and judgment entered the world and now creation experiences the effects and consequences of sin (Rom. 3:10-18, 5:12-21).
The Gospel
We believe in the Gospel: the good news of Jesus Christ crucified and raised in power (Acts 2:32), saving all who trust in Him (Rom. 1:16; 3:22-23; 1 Thess. 2:13; Rom. 1:16, 10:9-15; Titus 2:11-14; Luke 24:45-49; Eph. 2:8-9, Eph. 1:13-14). The Gospel declares that while we were yet sinners, estranged from God and dead in our transgressions, Chirst died for us (Eph. 2:4-13; Col. 1:21-22, 2:13-15; Rom. 3:24; Eph. 1:7, 13-14). God loved us so much that He became one of us in the incarnation, identifying with us to the uttermost and joining Himself to our humanity. Everything about Jesus showed us the clearest revelation of the Father.
Together with the church, down throughout the centuries, we confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Rom 10:9-13), that He is fully human and fully God (John 1:14; 1 Tim. 2:5; Rom 10:9-13), and that He died to save sinners (1 Tim. 1:15-17). Salvation is found in no one else (Acts. 4:12). We believe that we’re saved by God’s unmerited grace, through faith in the person and work of Christ.
The Church
We believe in the Global Church, the Body and Bride of Christ. The Church consists of all those who believe in Jesus Christ and fully embrace the new life He offers them. The church bears witness to the Gospel in word and deed, and in our very lives together. We are called to be a people who are with Jesus, are becoming like Him, and are known for love and for doing what He did.

The Kingdom of God
We believe that God's kingdom has come near in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that it continues to come in the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the Church (Mark 1:15, Matt. 12:28). The Kingdom of God is seen in God’s will being done on earth as it is in heaven (Matt. 6:10). We believe the Kingdom has been inaugurated (Mark 1:15) and is advancing (Isaiah 9:7), and will someday be fully revealed (1 Cor. 15: 24-28).
Future Things
We believe heaven is already breaking into our world starting with Jesus and continuing through the Holy Spirit empowered church (Matt. 28:18-19). At the End of the Age Jesus will return bodily (Heb. 9:28, 1 Thess. 5:2; Acts 1:11) and God will make all things new (Rev. 21). There will be a resurrection of the lost and the saved, the one to everlasting death and the other to everlasting life.
